I really enjoyed the Advanced CSS course. It challenged me to think creatively with layouts and design. My βLetβs Flyβ project helped me apply animations, grids and dark theme toggles. I learned how to make pages interactive and visually appealing. Overall, it was a rewarding experience that strengthened my web development skills.
I have learned a great deal throughout this course. The two-part Python with AI curriculum has been significantly more accessible and easier to follow compared to other lessons I have taken previously. Working with code, APIs, and AI technologies has become much more intuitive for me, and I now feel considerably more confident in my abilities to work with these tools independently. The hands-on approach and structured learning format have been particularly effective in building my technical competence. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience and feel well-prepared to apply these skills in practical applications.
Designing a dark theme was a fun and motivating experience. It allowed me to think ahead about future improvements and encouraged me to learn more about different styling approaches and how they are implemented in code. I also enjoyed experimenting with animations alongside the dark theme, which helped me explore how small interactive details can improve the user experience. Although working with JavaScript can be challenging to understand when writing it, it motivates me to keep practising and improving my understanding of how functions work, as it has the potential to do so much. Thank you to Matt and the team for providing clear explanations that were easy to follow.

Iβve just finished my next SheCodes course and I can genuinely say itβs one of the most confidence-boosting things Iβve done in a long time. I went from βI vaguely know what HTML isβ to building and deploying a fully working web app with JavaScript, APIs, and proper UX logic β and somehow enjoying the debugging along the way (stockholm syndrome, maybe?). What I loved about SheCodes is that it doesnβt just tell you what to type β it explains why. So when something broke (and it did, repeatedly!), I wasnβt panickingβ¦ I was actually able to reason my way through it. By the end, Iβd built a Tattoo Concept Generator that takes user input, handles loading states and errors, and is live on the internet β which still feels a bit surreal. The lessons are clear, practical, and friendly without being patronising. Youβre encouraged to experiment, make mistakes, and improve things step by step, which made everything click in a way tutorials never had for me before. If youβre curious about coding but slightly terrified of it, SheCodes is a brilliant place to start. You come out with real skills, real projects, and the quiet confidence of someone who now knows how to Google things properly. Huge thanks once again to Matt Delac and the whole SheCodes Team!

There's a lot of information, but the lessons are very bite-sized so it's easy to take a break when you need to or go back and find the specific directions for one thing you learned if need be. The challenges are fun to complete and help you see progress in real time as you learn. Matt's a great teacher and everything is very clear - even for those like me who have never programmed!
βll be honest β I did not like coding at first. It took me way longer than expected just to get through the basics, and my laptop and I had a few disagreements along the way. But once I finally gave myself a chance (and didnβt quit), things started to click. SheCodes taught me that struggling is part of learning β and now coding isnβt so scary after all!

This has been my favorite one thus far! Learning how websites work to fit on various devices was extremely interesting. I had a lot of fun with this as it felt like I was working with puzzle pieces to ensure things fit properly
I am a bunch of emotions. I just completed my final SheCodes project βΊοΈπ₯². This has been a remarkable journey. I had a goal to finish the bootcamps as soon as I was able to and I did it! I am so grateful for each lesson, challenge and homework assigned. I was able to practice and apply it practically. I intend on going over everything and practicing all that I have learned so that it becomes second nature. Congrats to everyone that has completed the bootcamps and to those that are working towards it. I am so very excited for what lines ahead, the future is bright π
Learning Python Basics was really fun! Matt explained everything clearly and in an easy-to-understand way. Creating projects from scratch and then developing them further lesson by lesson is a great way to review what you've learned and see your own progress. The given free resources for further reading and diving deeper into topics such as Python code formatting were also very helpful! The SheCodes team and community were always there to answer questions, to give feedback and to cheer you on. :)

This course was fun and while the final project was challenging e.g. getting each city's local time zone to work, fixing Netlify and GeoNames after I exceeded free limits, designing and getting my weather emoticons animation to work, etc... I have learned a lot in the process and it sure is great to finally complete my Wonky weather app.

Building this World Clock project has been an incredible and rewarding challenge. It allowed me to significantly deepen my JavaScript skills, especially in working with complex time zones and external libraries like Moment.js. Learning how to manipulate the DOM to update the time in real-time and seeing the design come together with CSS Flexbox has given me much more confidence as a front-end developer. I am proud of the final result and the clean, functional interface I've created!
My dictionary App was so fun for me to build - It was so interesting watching all the components come together slowly. In the end I built an App that I am so proud of.
