I've been using 1Bitup for just under a year with a Steady Mining contract.
So far, I’ve had a positive experience — the performance is close to what was promised, and the support team is responsive.
I’ll wait until the end of my contract to make a final judgment, but if everything goes well, I may consider reinvesting more.

Trust and Transparency!
Just completed my first contract. Went low investment to see how they did. I did a 30 day classic mining contract. Small to start to keep possible losses down. I've made 2 withdrawals, 1st one took 45 minutes to show in wallet, 2nd one was there in 15 minutes. My ROI was 8.8% for 30 days, extrapolated to 1 year and ROI would be 105.6%. Fixing to do another contract with them.

Solid mining pool opportunity with a comfortable 3% (approx) monthly profit margin on their short term contract when not considering the price fluctuations of btc.
A couple UX issues have occured from the website being quite fresh and regularly updated. All of which have been resolved swiftly with daily customer service responses and occasional emails to keep me in the loop. (some of them being from the ceo himself which is nicely reassuring).
Overall a very pleasant experience to invest what I can with and I certainly hope they (And I) gain a stable success with this endeavour.

I haven't used anyone else for cloud mining but really like the experience with 1bitup.com. It's been smooth and straightforward. They offer a variety of contracts, catering ti different needs and budgets which i found very accommodating. The transparency regarding fees is great, customer service was prompt and helpful. And I'm starting to see returns. Highly recommended for anyone interested in cloud mining.
