Nope never again
Had the all access pass and it recently ran out. I was aware that certain features would not be available anymore. What I wasn't aware of is that I couldn't open any files anymore that included material from the all access pass. I organized videos that I needed for the final video within the software. Now that I can't access the files anymore, all my needed base videos are lost and I have to pay for another month all access pass to open them again and extract them.
I tried customer service but ended up with an AI that repeated how much it understands my feelings.
Feels like a scam. So thank you for nothing and I hope this review helps others to make smarter decisions!

Been charged for 2 years without any way to cancel the sub. they switch portals and the only way i can cancel is to get a new credit card. terrible company. sent email and no reply.

I purchased CreateStudio with a lifetime licence a few years ago. The idea of doing motion graphics with animatable characters, synced to voice, seemed like a good idea at the time.

I was hoping that the hype they generated around CreateStudio might be matched by innovation. Sadly, it is still stuck in the old world of weirdly dysfunctional cartoon characters with creepy expressions and gestures.

A character animation made in CreateStudio always looks childish. I cannot think of one professional context where their character output would look suitable.

What IS modern about CreateStudio is the marketing of upsell deals and licenses. Indeed that seems to be the purpose of CreateStudio and PhotoVibrance these days (both now owned and sold by Banzai International Inc.). However, the aggressive upselling of elements that should already be included with your CreateStudio license can quickly become obnoxious.

It's the end of 2025 and motion graphics have moved on a long distance from CreateStudio. Other products produce AI characters - synced with voice - that are virtually indistinguishable from real video. CreateStudio animation is stubbornly stuck in the past.

I would give it two stars for its basic 2d motion effects, when those actually work as expected. But I'll remove one of those stars with the same speed they use when removing customers from their official Facebook support group for critical feedback.

I have been holding off writing this review for some time, but if it helps even one other person to stay off the slippery slope of CreateStudio disappointment and upsells, then my time was well spent.

CreateStudio is a very user-friendly animation tool that allows me to quickly create professional videos. The interface is clear and simple to use. Sometimes you have to search through the many options, but
it has a large library with lots of examples and media.
So i'm happy with it. Highly recommended.

CreateStudio is an amazing desktop but light software to make animations when you can't or don't want to do blender or adobe.
They keep updating and adding new features, and the software is super stable and fast.
However, they should understand their biggest threat to their business i.e. Ai animations, and must design/add custom actions for most, if not all the characters. Otherwise, they can't survive the likes of mainstream Ai animation softwares getting better very very quickly, already.
Now adding new features is costly and complex, but surviving a fast evolving market is crucial.

Create Studio application is really amazing. The features are stunning with all the 3D characters. Very Very user friendly features.

My video could not render it and I needed the video for my class by the next day. Well I sent to support create studio and it was rendered within 1 hour!

First, I love the fact that I don't have to pay on going subscription as an all-access member. I really get tired of the subscriptions. Second, I love all the different things I can do in the program. There is so much I can't even keep up with it. I truly wasted my money. I purchased this for the supposed AI Generated images and videos. I bought into the hype they advertised on social media, invested in at lease one upgrade and the renderings are aweful.

CreateStudio makes video creation surprisingly easy and fun. The interface is super intuitive, and the built-in assets—characters, backgrounds, animations—help you create polished content fast. I really appreciate how it works well for both beginners and more advanced users.
They’re doing a great job with regular updates and listening to feedback. The tutorials and support team are also solid—quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
Small suggestion: It’d be great to have more control over character animations and maybe a cloud-based option for easier team collaboration.

Years ago, I bought the original Create when it was still under Vidello's ownership. I paid for a lifetime deal as advertised — one payment, lifetime access. After an update, my login stopped working. Support told me the product is now “retired” and that their new app, CreateStudio, is not included in my lifetime license because it’s a “separate platform.”

That’s not how a lifetime deal works. The whole point is that as the platform evolves, original lifetime customers are brought along — not left behind and told to buy again. Without early customers funding and trusting them, this “new” product wouldn’t even exist.

Feels like a bait-and-switch: rename the product, declare it separate, and force original customers to repurchase. I’ll be reporting this to the BBB and leaving this review anywhere relevant. If this is how they treat “lifetime” customers, I’d be cautious before trusting any promises they make.

Also, be cautious of the 5-star reviews. Many of them are from accounts that have left their first or fourth review, which is common with fake reviews. Often mentioning something like "after trying a few editors..." or "I've used many editors but..." Without specifying the other editing apps or the reason they weren't as good.

I have tried various software packages to produce animation and online ads but CreateStudio is by far the easiest to use, as well as being creative and intuitive the AI options open up whole new world of creativity.

After using Create Studio for a few years, I purchased a lifetime edition at the time. However, without notice, my logins are no longer working, and I am now required to buy again. Not okay. What other things could I be in for in a new purchase?

I’ve been using Create Studio 4 for short-form videos and explainers in the commercial real estate space, and it’s become part of my weekly workflow. It’s straightforward to use, even if you’re not a designer or editor, and the quality is solid.

What I like most is how fast I can go from idea to publish. I don’t need a team or a bunch of extra tools — just jump in, make the video, and move on. The ROI is real. It’s affordable, reliable, and gets views. Can’t really ask for more.

Awesome App with powerful inbuilt features. I must say that CreateStudio makes Content Creation easy and fascinating, they keep updating features. My humble request is can more animations be added to the library as well as backgrounds and also custom creation of characters, scenes and props?

I have been using this professional video-making software since last November, starting as an absolute novice with zero experience in editing. Honestly, this software is incredibly user-friendly; it even guides you to helpful tutorial videos that assist you in navigating its features.

One aspect that I have found particularly useful is the AI Shorts Builder. I create children's content on YouTube, and given the current trends on the platform, this software has been a lifesaver. You can create Shorts in just minutes, and you can easily edit or change pictures and voiceovers if you're not satisfied with the initial results.

I highly recommend getting the all-access pass. It provides access to numerous templates that enable you to produce videos much faster than you could with Canva. Additionally, you gain access to Pixar, Animojis, characters, doodles, and even 3D characters like animals and other fun figures.

Occasionally, they offer fantastic deals that reduce the price of the yearly all-access pass, making it even more appealing. Overall, I highly recommend this software.

In my opinion, this software is more suitable for adult content. While they do release different characters, I feel that the elements for children's content are somewhat limited. However, I would still recommend it to anyone who wants to make videos quickly and achieve amazing results.

One Amazing App Solved my Problem

Walkthrough videos use precise details and accurate elements for visuals. Good thing the app my company owns is a booking calendar app - that Createstudio has a ton of elements pre made for. Not only did Createstudio elevated the quality of my videos on Youtube, it has saved me so much time.
