This company whoever puts a 5 or 4, is a lie. I have applied been approved, submitted all documents then get denied because I signed from a phone, similar to other complaints. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR INFORMATION. Unless you have bad credit and don’t care, this company takes good people’s personal information and my opinion is for identity theft. I will file my complaint and the emails that have been submitted through their AI system as fraud. I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Business Bureau on taken somebody’s personal information and then denying them. “ SUSPICIOUS DEVICE” “TRANSUNION FREEZE”, mind you after approval multiple times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEIR RATINGS ARE BOGUS, I should have listened to the 1 Reviews because they are all experienced the same thing as I did.

Denied for reason "routing number" has to be the stupidest reason for denial
Literally so annoying that I can see I'm approved - I've been using Chime for over 2 years to receive direct deposits and after being approved I got another email saying the offer was basically rescinded, "reason: routing number." After triple checking I can confirm the routing number was correct. Thanks for dinging my credit for literally no reason.

Complete waste of time
Just my experience. They request submission of documents followed by a call to verify identity. Agent tells me everything looks good - bank statements, ID, proof of income, nothing more required. A day later I receive a rejection notification stating "unable to verify identity" without any explanation. There is a major lack of communication between the underwriting team and the agents who handle identity verification. Don't say "all good" over the phone when clearly it isn't.

They did a hard-pull on my credit,said I was approved. I uploaded my Benefits Verification Letter and proved that I had been 100% accurate with the credit application - and then they declined to fund. WASTE OF TIME that affected MY CREDIT FILE. IT WAS JUST A SCAM.

Applied for loan & was denied
Applied for loan & was denied. Submitted ID, paystubs, bank info, etc and was told to call a number (8773922015) to verify identity. The number gives no options to verify. Just to update/ change passwords. I was fine with taking out the loan with increased percentage rate, seeing as I can't get approved by banks. This company gives out false hope in it's advertisement.

Taken for a ride
They tell you for a week that your application is processing. They tell you that all your items have been confirmed, given no indication that anything is amiss. All the while they have a big gigantic FUNDING DATE, kinda like a countdown. All of this anticipation only to be declined. It should not take a week to be declined. That is valuable i could have been searching for funds. Completely misleading!!
