I was happy to hear that I would not be losing all of my pictures and that it will renew automatically on expiry.

I don't like the fact that there are things that I don't understand what to do. Everything seems complicated. I would add that I'm 70 & cannot understand what I'm supposed to do or not do.

Your policy to give more discounts, so your customer does not go away, is ok, but at renewal, you try not to give any discount, so especially the pensioners can not afford and then they cancel it!!!
