I got exactly what I ordered
I got exactly what I ordered. Delivery is still expensive £39.99 so in New Zealand $ it makes it about $80.00 and then I had an email from DHL asking for $2.25 for small packages!! I know that isn’t a lot but when you add it all together it’s expensive. So although my experience was good I think it will be some time before I order again.

Didn't notify me of out-of-stock item prior to shipping
The original intention of this order was to order gluten-free items for my friend. I added additional items only as an after-thought. One of the GF items I ordered was out-of-stock, and instead of contacting me to see if I wanted to replace it with something, they just refunded me the money and shipped. So if I want to get another GF item, I would have to make ANOTHER order with shipping, instead of bundling all the shipping together in the original order.
The delivery was fast, I will give them that, but I am very upset they did not even give me an opportunity to modify my order when one of the items was out-of-stock.

The goods arrived intact and were all good although some if the chocolate had melted en route. The only criticism was of the delivery method. It arrived very quickly in the DHL facility Shreveport on Friday. They are closed over the weekend and they only deliver once or twice a week to our area. As a result the parcel was still in Shreveport on Tuesday. It took longer to come 60 miles than it took to come 5,000 miles. I was concerned about the parcel sitting around in the heat and some of the food did not have a particularly long shelf life. This side of ghings was a little disappointing.

From placing the order, through packing and then shipping the same to Fort Worth, TX we were kept fully informed of the status. The items arrived as per the specified date of arrival.
