I have used Gazelle for my last 2 phones. The prices are great! They last as long as a full price phone. My cell phone coverage is Verizon so when the new phone comes in, I take it to make local Verizon store to get it set up.

horrible still haven't received my phone. when I called they told me I had to wait 10 days and have already charged me. Then hung up on me. I am so disquseted this is how I was treated. I have ordered here twice before. BEWARE to anyone who orders you may never get the product

Never been disappointed
I needed a new I-phone because I dropped mine and cracked the screen (ugh!) and my go to is always Gazelle. I went with a 13 Pro that was listed in fair condition but really is better than fair in my opinion. I have purchased many items from them and they are always great and always better than advertised. Never had an issue at all and I will continue to use them.

Buyer Beware!
I bought phones for a number of years with Gazelle, but the latest purchase suddenly died after 3 months. The screen glowed green and then never would function. I asked for a credit and they refused to accommodate. I believe that customer service demands consideration and shouldn't leave the consumer spending hundreds on defective products without recourse. Buyer beware!

Buyer Beware: My Experience Selling a Phone to Gazelle.com
I wanted to share my experience with Gazelle.com so others considering selling their electronics can make an informed decision.
After receiving an initial trade-in offer from Gazelle, I agreed to the transaction and shipped my device to the company.
Once Gazelle had possession of my phone, the company reduced its original offer following its inspection.
I find this process frustrating because the original quoted amount was a significant factor in my decision to send them the device in the first place.
My advice to anyone considering Gazelle is to photograph and document the condition of your device, save a copy of the original offer, and understand that the amount initially quoted may not be what you ultimately receive.
I am sharing this experience because I believe consumers deserve transparency when selling their property online.
