A downloadable Gacha mod for Windows and Android
this mod is no longer being worked on, I have fallen out of interest with both Gacha and modding and will no longer we working on the mod or the associated channel.

to put it simply, you don’t, the game is free, when you press download and optional donation appear, this is to help support the creation of the game, it is not needed, just press ‘no thanks, take me to the downloads’ and you will get the game for free.
‘I have been told this is a virus!’
It is not, there is a recent rumor going around but I can assure you the mod is not a virus, it’s a fake video as I have not updated the mod in months and nobody has ever complained about it being an issue. The reason this rumor started was likely due to the ‘scary’/weirdcore aesthetic aswell as the background music as it had a scream in it :D
What is Gacha Luminal?
Gacha Luminal is a Gacha mod, it has been in development for over a year but is soon to release! it is based around weird-core but contains many more general themes!
Are android and pc versions the same?
Sadly due to issues the android version does not contains any new objects and a lot of the presets but the pc version contains all of them
Who made the mod?
Xx-Pastel Shadow-xX (Me) on Youtube was the sole Artist and coder for Gacha Luminal, She drew and coded everything in although there are still many people to be credited for the help, for example our amazing preset makers!

Yes, yes we did, we still did not discover many for the bugs so please don’t be rude about it
When will the bugs be fixed?
They sadly won’t as I am no longer active in creating mods and am busy!
I’m lagging/Crashing/Screen is white, what do I do?
We will work to reduce the quality and therefor lag but not sure if we really can as the file size is likely just too big for your device, for now the best you can do is set the quality to low
page 6 mouths is crashing me!
This is due to lag, set the game quality to low and it should help :D

It won't download for me at all, yet I don't have the original Gacha Club downloaded.
If you have other mods that replace Gacha club then that is likely the issue unfortunately, if not make sure your downloading the correct version for your device! :D
It doesn't work for 64 bit phones,I'm on a new phone phone from last year and it doesn't download I tried doing the advice but it doesn't work

This mod is really good but they need to fix the text you can't write anything IDK if it's just me but it doesn't work and I can't write any of the names 😭(I love all the weird core / dreamcore stuff)
sadly this is an android only issue and when I asked about it I couldn’t find any solutions so I was unsure how to fix it!! Unfortunately I am no longer working on the mod so it likely won’t be fixed :(
A small solution is to copy and paste text into it but other than that I don’t have a solution unfortunately!!

Sorry to bother umm why does the import and export not work? , I can export to character but , also I can't name them, or import another character it's really frustrating. I'm not trying to complain about the mod it's really good! But... Why no work?
unfortunately I’m unsure! I haven’t seen anyone else have this issue, I know the keyboard doesn’t work for some on mobile so that’s likely why the name isn’t working, the Import and export codes are probably part of a similar issue!

Why does mine said "do you want to install gacha club?" Instead of the modded app?
this is because we did not change the name or logo of the mod, it is still called, and looks like, Gacha club! If you open the game it should be different :)
How do I get the clothing on top of the abs? Also why won't this save my characters?
to save characters make sure you select ‘exit game’ in settings when leaving! :D
The abs should be a jacket and therefor can be coloured the same as the shirt outline to give the impression they are under the shirt :)

Can you make a 64 bit version of Gacha Luminal because I have a 64 bit Android phone?
unfortunately I am no longer working on the mod so I will no be making any changes to it but if I’m not wrong I do believe the android version available here should also work!

Because Itch io let’s anyone upload a game it warns before most downloads just incase someone uploads a malware, but this game is not a virus :)

Unfortunately though the game assets are very large it size so it doesn’t work super well on some mobile devices :(
I get your busy and have probably lost motivation on this mod since you took a big part in the making but can you maybe try to fix the androids download like doing small fixes like removing bugs and putting a small amount of presets that couldn't have been added and just keep doing it on your own time and then releasing those fixes to us? I think it's better if you can do that instead of forcing yourself into going off your schedule and actually making time from your busy schedule.

As said before I am busy but even when I do have time i do not want to work on the mod! This is for a few reasons, firstly the mod isn’t super popular anymore as of the release of gl2 and Gacha nebula, this means there isn’t many people interested in updates so it is just not worth updating. To add I have other projects I am working on and I sadly I no longer have any interest in the Gacha community/modding community but the main reason is that i am not a coder, I do not know how to fix the bugs and the few times I asked others did not know either. As of this I have no want to or way of fixing the bugs D:
9/10! Truly an amazing mod. Unlike some mods you have no stolen items from other mods. The items you created are one of a kind and are actually really cool. I had a lot of fun with this one.

If your device is an android and it is not working make sure you delete the original Gacha club before downloading the mod! If it is a different brand your device may just not be able to run it :(

sadly not, most of the team have since moved onto other things, I no longer have time to work on the mod and I just don’t have motivation for it anymore as I am working on other projects! :O

if your on android it may be that you need to delete the original Gacha club first but if that doesn’t work or if your on iOS it’s likely just an issue of it not being able to run on your device, sorry!

Hi! Super cool game, downloaded it on my computer, bute some edited stuff mess up with the pants... I've tried other pants on and other accesories(Knee accs btw), it only messes up the first and second pants, though every edited knee acc and/or shoe seems to mess up the texture(of the pants)(I'm not sure if it's only bc it's in my computer or if those pants are the problem but I think I tested them well...?)

on the literal SKIN COLOR color palette... it blocks out the darker skin tones. I just want to make a black character....
Hi! Do you have a screenshot of this? Nobody else has brought up this issue and I don’t seem to have it either as we didn’t edit anything to do with the colour pallet while creating the mod :(
If the clothing they are wearing is a similar shade to the colour your picking for skin it blocks out colours automatically to prevent inappropriate designs, this is regular game feature and not something we added!

Hello, i have a question, since im making my own gacha mod.
How did you add your characters into the presets, and what did you use to mod it if you remember?
hii!! I believe I used JPEXS but any flash decompiler works :D
To replace presets i believe I went to the text files and found one that had preset codes in it, I then just copied my new preset code (long text version) and pasted it where the original was! :)
This only changes the actual character you get when you click it though and it will still look like the original, the visual of presets are saved as images in the image section, to change what they show as just edit the image and put your new preset over the top and then replace it :D

Hello Team Luminal! i understand you are not working on this mod anymore, but i am making a gacha life mod and i have little to no way of advertising it, but ive made it public, and tagged it with Gacha Life and Gacha Club mods, but it wont show up on the itch.io search when i search it up on a guest account. do you remember having any kind of problem like this? oh, and even whenever i search up the direct name for it, it still doesnt work. :(

I just checked out your game page and it definitely should be appearing in the search especially as it has a lot of common tags and it’s weird overall that it won’t appear when you search in the name! I have heard that occasionally there’s a glitch that ‘de indexes’ games meaning they can’t be found from the search so it may be a case of that? To solve this Iv heard you can contact itch . Io support and ask them to re index your game so that may be of help! :)
Overall with advertising though a lot of the downloads we get come from when i advertised on YouTube so if you can make videos to show development/promote it that could help show more people your game! :D

There used to one but it has unfortunately been shut down as mod was made a while ago so team has since stopped working on it and we don’t have the time to moderate it anymore!
Why is there a scream in the game's music!?
Porque na música do jogo tem um grito!?
we used a song called school rooftop, it already has the scream in it and wasn’t something we added! We just believed it worked for the liminal/weirdcore aesthetic we were going for with the mod :D
