With PHP 5.6 beta 1 due this week, this is your occasional friendly
reminder to please ensure that any 5.6 changes you've committed have
an appropriate section in the UPGRADING file ASAP — this is useful
both for users and for documentors, since it's the easiest way of
tracking what's been added/removed/changed.
If you just want to quickly double check that you did add a paragraph,
