Well now, I think we have something here which sounds like a concept going on. On this occasion it's not intended! I think it was down to the particular groove my imagination was in. Dark and mysterious. Again, I'm not entirely sure why. Just one of those things... but it works!

One thing I should point out is this album would have sounded entirely different if not for some independent input from my (Patreon) patrons. I've a penchant for leaving tracks longer than they ought to be and perhaps not knowing the most optimum running order. I think I did 3 versions before we settled with this as a final. I do find their advice really helpful because I -know- I'm not always the best judge of my own output. Besides, I was getting really fed up working in a box, isolated from the opinions of others. Whereas that might be a viable experiment for a while, it eventually does your head in. It's always far better to have people around to bounce ideas off. I was surprised a few times when I thought something was great, only to find it wasn't and needed tweaking.

For the best listening experience play the whole album file. I recommend headphones for Atmos, but it'll sound just fine on anything.
