I wonder, what’s more expensive: a decent wage for warehouse workers or the aftermath of a $600m arson?

No, he gets a place in there alright. Also, Luigi might be innocent. People find killing others not palatable (unless they’re brown people on the other side of the world), but causing material damage with no human causalities? That resonates a lot more.

Also, there’s an Amazon warehouse in Queens, NY burning right now as we speak. Possible copycat.

Ain’t no ‘might be’, he is. I saw that dude helping an old lady cross the road on in Miami on the evening of the shooting and I know it was him because he said ‘Hello my name is Luigi Mangione’ and showed me his driver’s license without me having to ask, such a nice kid.

It’s true, I had been discouraging the lady from crossing the street at the time. “You’ll never make it! You don’t have what it takes anymore!” I was saying, but Luigi wasn’t having it.

Remember, corporation man: Living wages are cheaper than a revolution! Bonus, you get to keep your neck intact! 😉

Luigi made the rich more fearful than this dude but I think his acts have more potential for virality because his act was much more simple and not straight up killing another human(well at least human on paper). Person to person violence is not something most humans want to participate in unless they absolutely must to survive, destruction of property, especially property they likely dread going to for their jobs, is a far more palatable action for the average person to engage in.

    In Minecraft obviously

"Look, America is founded on free enterprise and capitalism,” said Bill Essayli, the first assistant United States attorney for the central district of California, during the press conference. “Anyone who attacks our values, our way of life, our system, which provides the best goods and services to the most people, we’re gonna come after aggressively.”

    Well…

    That guy’s a fucking idiot

No rationale person believes any of that shit.

Seems like things are getting started, based on this story you could say things are really heating up.

Based on LA Times reporting, I consider him more of a Milton.

Videos posted online appear to show a man igniting a fire at an Ontario warehouse while complaining about being paid low wages.

Still valid, though. Living wages are cheaper than over half a B in paper products.
