A silver shield found in a secret area in E1M2: The Dungeons.
The silver shield is an item in Heretic. It is a round silver shield that grants 100 armor points when collected and absorbs 50% of damage received. The nearest Doom analog is the security armor.
This item is not counted in the items percentage displayed at the end of each level.
