Howdy! Yippee!! Theme #22 of Mason jars/canning jars at FarmQuest challenge blog had 6 entries!!

Such a difficult decision for the Barnraisers bragging rights badge.

Congrats to these Top 3 very talented craft artisans:

Granmargaret, Brenda, and Deanne!!

In order by entry #:

#1 = Deanne

#3 = Brenda

#4 = Granmargaret

Awesome cards!! Such lovely floral choices to accompany their canning jars!

We appreciate these 3 artisans and the other fabulous participants! Keep supporting FQCB. New themes are published on the 14th and 28th of each month at 12:30am CST/Chicago or 6:30am UK for time references. So stay tuned for Theme #23.

----------------------------------

**Note: a spin-off challenge blog started February 7th called FarmQuest General Store challenge blog (FQGS) and it's first competition is still open until early on March 5th. The theme is AFCG = anything farm country goes.

Same acceptable formats and # of entries per participant as FQCB. However, you have a whole month so that you can use FQCB themes (or not) for your entries. Take a look. On this blog's sidebar there's a link to FQGS and there are 2 posts already; the main launch from February 7th and a reminder post from February 21st. Hope to see you at the country store real soon!

I made an ATC:

[Theme #22 requirement element: stamped mason jar filled with hearts]

Artist Trading Cards are 2.5" x 3.5" for size. The die-cut tag is from Echo Park's Farmers Market collection. The mason filled jar stamp was part of set bought at Dollar Tree!!! Yes! This is perfect to prop in a tiered tray for my kitchen counter!

FQCB Theme #22 is Mason Jars starts 14 February 2023

Howdy! Welcome to the farm--FarmQuest Challenge Blog!

Theme #22 requires at least 1 Mason or Ball jar image!

Whether yours has flowers in it, jam, a candle, lemonade, or just empty, country folk have used glass canning jars for more than food! I've got one on my kitchen counter holding large kitchen tools like a whisk, long handled wooden spoon, and a few others. It will be fun to see what your stash quests reveal!

Competition runs February 14-27, 2023 starting and ending times of 12:30am CT/Chicago or 6:30am UK.

Each participant may submit up to 3 entries per challenge. On the blog's sidebar, there is a list of acceptable formats. Yes! We accept more than cards!

[Theme #22 requirement= empty Mason jar]

NanaConnie's tag sentiment is perfect for the Mason jar! Having those 3 little hearts reminds the receiver that they are loved.
Such a cleverly designed card for Theme #22!!

from DT member Dottie S=

[Theme #22 requirement = vellum Mason jar filled with strawberries]

When I received Dottie's card by email, I responded that seeing this made me hungry for strawberries! 11pm at night and I don't have any strawberries in my refrigerator! It's also winter in Illinois! :)

Dottie's got the perfect tag wrapped around the neck of the jar, too! Her card is just too yummy! Super sweet to look at!

[Theme #22 requirement mason jars are not quite clear embossed mason jar stickers.]

Since this theme is launching on Valentine's Day, I decided to go with a romantic garden tea party kind of shabby chic look. Doilies, butterflies, flowers, and soft pastel colors are combined to give a romantic look. We're having some unexpected cool day temps in the 40s this week which make me want to eat lunch outside but it's still too cool to do that. I'd only be able to sit out on the deck for 5 minutes or so! Maybe in 6 weeks or so....sigh...
