Bacon Egg and Cheese

New York bodega style bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll. My YT has been feeding me videos of a guy going around the city and having them. Got me craving. Fried spam with Danos spicy as well.

Yep, there’s tons of recipes that use spam in place of bacon. Hell, even some that are written on the can. It’s surprisingly good.

I enjoy spam on breakfast sandwiches but thought it would overpower the bacon flavor. Since my goal was BEC I didn’t want to hinder that flavor combo.
