This trigger was disabled for now because Steve proposed we refactor it. We only have post-related actions, so it makes sense to link this trigger to posts only, for now.

We should duplicate it and change its behavior to match the description:

"This trigger activates when a post author's role is changed. This workflow requires a Query Posts action."

Restore in the changelog:

• Added new trigger: User role change - PRO (Issue Create new trigger: User's role changed #1166).

Later, we can reactivate that original trigger, listening for changes on any user.
