What's the tldr on this dispute? If I've been following the news mega properly, Colombia (historically a dog of the us empire) recently elected (2022) a socdem government (Petro) and Ecuador has a nepo-bananawunderkind neolibfasc president with a social media influencer wife (Noboa).
