40 days of shitty service and completely incompetent client service. DO NOT USE

always spot on delivery, right at the time promised

Coolblue kept my phone for an entire month for an inspection and then charged €1,400 for repairs due to water damage, even though the issue occurred after their own previous repair, when the phone’s water resistance may not have been properly restored.

What is the point of paying for repairs and having a warranty if the service provider refuses to take responsibility when something goes wrong after their own work? Instead of a fair investigation and a reasonable solution, I was left waiting a month and facing an outrageous bill.

Extremely disappointing experience. The way this case has been handled has completely destroyed my trust in Coolblue. Based on my experience, their warranty offers very little reassurance when you actually need support.

Next day delivery promised. Yet to receive package 3 days later.

I had issues with my order, but it was quickly fixed and handled. Compared with other similar companies, their services are good enough.

Great in-person support in shop with personal knowledgeable assistant and then followed by easy and reliable online order.

Loved the Cool Blue experience. Purchase, payment. But unfortunately the delivery company used (DHL) was very bad. They just park in the middle of the street , ring the bell once and leave the package on the street. Sadly, this what we remember from the experience. Use better delivery and get 5 stars!

Easy to search and find what you really need. Filters are very good, and the MOST IMPORTANT the product specifications are very detailed and this for me was the most important, since I was looking for a new laptop with good specifications. I searched at 3 different shops and Coolblue provided the most detailed product information and thats why i bought the laptop at Coolblue.

Ordered a new monitor here a while ago. Yes, you can sometimes find electronics a few euros cheaper on other discount websites, but the peace of mind with Coolblue is worth it. Delivery was exactly within the promised window, and the delivery guy was actually polite.

Very bad . The package is lost and no one is giving me a solution . I am not talking about 5 euros it's almost 400 euros .

There were 20 sales staff and three customers in the store—I was the third one. Yet, I ended up waiting 30 minutes; the whole process, from entering the store to leaving with the item, took 50 minutes—and all I was doing was picking up something I had already decided to buy.

I bought an Epson EcoTank ET-8550 from Coolblue specifically for my professional illustration work.
After working perfectly for a few months, the printer suddenly started having serious paper-feeding problems. I sent the printer to Coolblue under warranty. After several days, I was informed that the repair service was unable to repair the product and that the printer was being sent back to me. What I find particularly disappointing is that I had previously been told that if the product could not be repaired, Coolblue would consider a replacement or another solution. Instead, the printer was simply returned to me without the problem being resolved??? what?
In their email, they said that my printer had no issues. But I have now tested the printer again after receiving it back, and the exact same fault is still occurring. So what did they do with it all these days i wonder?
This printer is a professional tool that I rely on for my work, and being left with a faulty €€€ printer after sending it in for warranty repair is simply not an acceptable solution!!
