Welcome to Craftpix Indie Jam #1–2025 — the very first official game jam by Craftpix.net! This jam is all about creativity, original ideas, and giving indie developers the freedom to create without limits.

To participate, your game must include at least one character or one tileset level from Craftpix. It doesn't matter if you use a free or premium set.

Craftpix is a platform offering thousands of high-quality game assets. 

Theme

Rules

• Your game must include at least minimum one character or one tileset level from Craftpix (free or premium).
• Your game must be created during the jam period.
• No AI-generated graphics, code, or text.
• No NSFW, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• You can use any game engine.
• Your game must have a browser version.

Teams of up to 4 people or solo developers are welcome!

Judging & Criteria

Games will be judged based on creative and non-standard criteria:

1. Originality of the Idea — How unconventional or unique is the game concept?
2. Engagement Level — How quickly and deeply does the game draw the player in?
3. Humor — How well does the game incorporate jokes, irony, or lighthearted elements?
4. Creative Controls — Were the controls or interactions fresh, unusual, or uniquely implemented?
5. Freedom to Improvise — Does the game allow the player to experiment or approach situations in creative ways?
