Trying out new Auspice Expansion with Wound Man as Boss. Boss ability ‘Weapons have -1’. I assume weapons are resolve? Ie if conquest cost 3 would need to spend 4 resolve? I can’t see in Rules Weapons defined specifically but this makes sense. Apologies if I missed it. 

All the conquests have a tag just under their title. On Lopsmite, for example, you'll see 'weapon' under its name.

The Wound Man effect means all cards with this weapon tag have -1 to their points total.
