Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order
  • Items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging
  • You'll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase
  • We offer FREE return shipping on all eligible returns - no costs to you!
  • No restocking fees will be charged on any returns

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items with names, photos, or specific text you requested
  • Items marked as "Custom Design - No Returns" in the product description
  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Simple Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  4. Package the item in its original packaging if possible
  5. Attach the return label and drop off at a carrier location – the carrier will vary depending on the item, so we’ll send you further instruction for this step
  6. Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we'll notify you
  7. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Print Quality Issues or Damaged Items:

  • Send clear photos showing the issue to our customer service team
  • We'll provide a replacement (shipped in 3-5 business days) or full refund including any shipping charges
