Order Processing & Fulfillment
Our store Kjota operates on a print-on-demand model, which means your items are custom-printed when you place your order. This allows us to offer unique, customized products without maintaining inventory.
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days for verification and submission to our print partners
- Production Time: 2-5 business days for printing and preparation (may vary during high-volume periods)
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier selected depends on your location and the printing facility fulfilling your order.
1. Domestic Shipping (Continental USA)
- Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days after production
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days after production
- Rush Shipping: Available for select products at an additional cost (1-3 business days after production)
2. Other US Locations
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories: Additional 7-12 business days to the standard delivery timeframes
- Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Accepted with the same timeframes as Alaska/Hawaii
3. International Shipping
- We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States
- This includes Canada, Mexico, and all other international destinations
Shipping Costs
- All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected products, and chosen shipping method
- Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (Continental US only)
- Shipping costs are determined by multiple factors including package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination
Order Tracking
- All orders include tracking information sent to your email once your order ships
- Track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to register in the carrier's system after the shipping label is created
Print-on-Demand Fulfillment Process
- Your items are produced by our print partners located strategically across the USA
- We do not physically handle your products as they ship directly from the printing facility to your address
- Shipping times vary depending on which printing facility fulfills your order and its proximity to your delivery address
- Multiple items in a single order may ship from different facilities and arrive separately
Delivery Issues & Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs processing, or natural disasters
- Address verification is your responsibility - please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout
- If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if the issue persists
- Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons (holidays, major sales events) or unusual circumstances
