Occasionally, when cooking pasta. But I eat it always very al dente, so in kind of used. And every time if I make gnocchi. Raw gnocchi are as good as cooked!
raw gnocchi is the best! I thought it was pronounced g-NOCH-i and not no-chi. and not me being 75% italian…!

I don’t browse privately at work and I don’t eat raw pasta at work. Some things should only be done when home, I mean come on.
who said anything about browsing privately? also, I work mostly from home, rarely in the office. eating raw pasta at work would be…interesting.
I just needed an example for things that should definitely not be carried out at work. We all eat raw pasta from time to time. But the colleagues just wouldn’t understand…
I ate pasta raw when I was really hungry and had nothing that’s actually edible in my room. It tasted horrible, never again.

Raw uncooked ramen is pretty good imo. It’s used in some salad recipes.

snacked on baby carrots to break my chip habit. started craving carrots. eh
