MrManager is like the cool evening/night shift manager lol. Fairly hands off, no stress, lets adults be adults and handle it. The whole ‘I trust you unless you give me a reason not to.’ Low key gets shit done without you even noticing. It ain’t for everybody, but that’s the type of management style I vibe with.
