I’m gonna go with “who knows”

Touch screen were a terrible idea as a keyboard replacement.
My Treo had a touch screen and a killer keyboard. Stylus was only required for certain things - I’d do a grocery list in the store without the stylus because you just needed to hit one button on the screen.

Had no trouble with my Palm and Treo - they worked fine (with a stylus of course, but you could also use your finger for touches and swipes).
Capacitive was a huge improvement though, I wouldn’t want to go back. Though I do want my Treo keyboard, that thing was amazing.

As a OneNote user with similar time, there’s nothing else that compares.
I’ve been testing stuff for years, and nothing else really comes close.
You can replicate the notebook structure with some other apps, but it’s not the same.
I stick with OneNote 2016 on all my machines, since they can all sync via LAN with just a share.
The modern app crap is garbage, and I resent the mobile app requiring OneDrive - so my mobile devices get one specific notebook.

Never heard of it.
Guess it hasn’t taken over my part of the world.

It’s trivial to connect solar to the power grid.
You call the power company. The end. Though depending on the state it may not be worth it.
Many people don’t bother, and just use solar to power certain things.

What?
You ask a rep. Or simply go look at your states budget.

Depends on the computer.
Worth seeing as a classic, but I think it’s way overrated.
I’ve seen it once (maybe twice), don’t expect to ever see it again.
modern movies try too hard to be more than that and it makes them much less.
Damn, that’s quotable right there.

Really depends on the era.
Today second-born gets all the benefits (or most anyway) without having to really be responsible for anything.

Um, ever watched Macbeth?
Or read Oedipus?
Not exactly a new idea.

Massive difference for airflow.
Ride a small bike without one at highway speeds (50mph+) and the airflow hits you right in the chest.

Anti-fingerprint coating
No thanks. I have a Lenovo laptop with that, just makes it impossible to clean - so much so I had to put a screen protector on just to make it easier to clean.

Are you having stronk? Do you smell fudge?

Well, your last paragraph kinda defines engagement. And low-effort posts mostly don’t get any engagement.

Where are you installing it for her, PC or router?
What OS is she running? Router?
What other remote tools do you have available?
I mean you’ve given us nothing to work with.
Frankly I’d just use Tailscale.
God, I’m sorry you had to use Hyper-V.
As challenging as Proxmox is for someone new to it, it’s so much better than Hyper-V.
