Non-transparent is proud to release the debut album by spanish composer and musician Enrique Zamorano aka Azul Totale, with a compilation of tracks that move between blurry ambient, fuzzy shoegaze and esoteric noise.

In the words of the author:

Azul Totale is my personal lo-fi music project, a collection of seven songs composed between January 2025 and January 2026. Many of these were performed live at friends' houses, in a Valladolid photography gallery, or in Granada's Albaicín district. Therefore, more than the beginning of a process or an artistic presentation, this album is a synthesis of those life and musical experiences that occurred through 2025.

Recorded and mixed by hand in the creator's bedroom, Azul Totale seeks in the degradation of the recording medium and the machine's glitches the sonic foundation where different melodies, ambient swells, and phrases sent via whatsapp voice messages can be put together. Although feelings like nostalgia or generational sadness are intrinsic to the lo-fi genre, Azul Totale's aim is to capture specific and varied emotions on analog tape, guitar distortion pedals, or a difficult-to-use 8-bit sampler. Influenced by noise and philosophical pessimism, it is recommended to listen to these "emotional noises” preferably at night, on an aimless walk, or even in the middle of a heartbreak.
