The price for sure. Tech was knowledgeable and personable. Service is great.

Consistent good service at good price. Good coverage area. I have very little issues so I can't say how the customer service is these days.

When I upgraded phones I was never told that I was to payoff old phones to avoid my service to be disrupted. Customer service is terrible. I will payoff new phones and go elsewhere

We are on fixed incomes,live in a rural area, and Boost affords us the opportunity to get cell phones. Absolutely no problems to date.

I never had an issue with Boost Mobil.
I always have service wherever I go. They are cheaper than others with better service.

Terrible customer service. bought a phone and line that was supposed to be shipped to my apartment. They didn't flag that I forgot to put in my apartment number. UPS notified me and I tried to change the address but Boost locked the ability to do so. No problem, right? Wrong, I called the customer service line and argued with her for 20 minutes telling her I need her to enable the option to change the address with UPS. She kept telling me I could change the billing address once the phone arrived and the line was activated. I explained to her in depth that I don't care about the billing address and can't activate the line if UPS doesn't have my apartment number to deliver the phone. After her 4th time telling me the same thing I just hung up because she was putting me on hold just to come back and say "sorry we can't do anything". Meanwhile I called UPS and they said they can't do anything until the sender (Boost) unlocks the restriction on the address. Obviously they couldn't deliver so the phone got sent back to Boost and I got my refund back days later. I'm done with this company and not even gonna bother redelivering. I've been with Verizon my whole life and should've known better than to go for the cheap company.

I have enjoy my phone if there's is a issue they help to sove i ,,, the store was wonderful helping me get a new phone

The tech was very patient with getting the service switched over. He was very good at his job. We were blown away that he came to our house to switch it for us. Great customer service.

I have used Boost Mobile for several consecutive years now, what prompted the 5 star rating review was their employee in the Hastings store. Above and beyond describes the situation well! Matt is the absolute best employee this business has had since opening in Hastings.

Transfer went smooth however during the transfer I discovered numerous pictures were lost. Didn't understand why my SD card was removed and Boost SD card was installed.....Good phone service with no dropped calls. Calls to Canada are clear..

I got to go to one of their actual stores as online communication wont work canceling an account I said I didnt want.

Update for company response: I tried the chat option which is why I am here complaining. How about you guys work on that team then because I'm still being charged! They suck.
