I'm free now thanks to Ole Master Paxlovid!

 Thank you to all y'all who wished me (and the MITM) goodwill and negative results on our tests!! We've now both tested negative TWICE, so it seems the curse has been lifted!

There's a party here tomorrow, but we're wearing masks because I am so not going through isolation again!! 

(although it was sort of nice to be able to watch whatever I wanted whenever I wanted and also to sleep in the MIDDLE of our bed!)

THANK YOU ALL AGAIN and if you haven't yet go get your vaccinations and boosters TODAY!

Today, December 13th, 2022

 I tested positive today.

The only good thing is that I have already passed the 10 days after the initial positive test. I am continuing to wear a mask around everyone and will do so until I test negative.

This shit sucks.

Monday and I'm feeling, well, you know how the song goes, but I'm not really feeling it

I tested negative, but evidently, I still need to test negative two more times before I'm back among the living uninfected. Unfortunately, I'm still experiencing tiredness and body aches. The MITM is on Day 3 of Paxlovid and said he feels better today than yesterday. Go figure. The grandchildren are fine, so that's a very good thing! None of the Krewe was infected, so another good thing!

Friday and I still feel like **** (contains MITM update just added)

BGM has tested negative.

BKC is feeling better.

The MITM tested negative but has a cold. JUST TESTED POSITIVE!! Call just made to our Doctor for meds. (Jesus wept)

I feel pathetic and it's day 4 of treatment.

On top of all of this, we both have some sort of malware on our MACs and our tv is having issues with some of the streaming services. Neither of us feels like doing anything about trying to solve these issues.

Yes, I know these are not serious issues in the "grand scheme" of things (can we say, Hershel Walker in a runoff for a Senate seat? WTF Georgia?), but here it's a beeg deal.
