I love to make a pocket behind my photos using 3D Foam Tape - and tucking a fun tag in behind it.
I add some kind of "pull" on the top of the card, and journal about the photo or memories on the back.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Wait until you see what I, and the rest of the LASTING MEMORIES Design Team have for you through the rest of the month!  I hope you get a chance to play along!

SOS April Tic TacToe Challenge - "Together"

It is time for this month's Tic Tac Toe Challenge over at Scrap Our Stash!  Lots of FUN choices on the board this month!  Cant' wait to see what you will pick!
Altenew is generously offering a beautiful prize pack collection for our randomly drawn April winner.
Click HERE for more details on the prize.

This month, I started at the bottom left corner and traveled diagonally to the top right of the board.  I used:
The Color Yellow
Flowers
Chevron Paper

Here is my Layout for your Inspiration:
When looking through photos and selecting one for my layout, Minnie's yellow dress caught my eye, I thought it would be perfect for this challenge!
Love this peony flower from Donna Downey - I've had it I'm my stash forever!  The flower stickers in this collection worked perfectly for the challenge!
Here is a close up of some yellow elements used,  and the chevron paper!

Love how this grouping came out!
Here we are with Minnie! She has her Panama outfit on - as were were sailing through the Panama Canal that day.  To cover up the blank space at the top of the photo - I added a piece of Washi Tape, the embellishments at the bottom of the photo help to cover up the blue carpet, that takes away from the photo.
I love that little polka dot flower embellishment from Queen and Co., and their brand new sweet Yellow, White and Red Pinwheels! I actually WON the entire Pinwheel collection on a Facebook Contest that Queen and Co recently had!!

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you will play along with us this month at Scrap Our Stash!

Just a couple of DISNEY pages....

Here are a couple of pages that I made at my last weekend get-a-way with Scrap-a-Doodle Doo....

I colored the stars in on the Reminisce Magic -Magical Hat paper with a yellow Sharpie to match Mickey's hat, covered cardstock with Queen & Co Trendy Chevron Washi Tape to create a "Party of 10' banner, cut the swirl out by hand to mimic the swirl on the WDW pin at the bottom of the layout - and had a blast with the red and white baker's twine - all items on this layout were purchased at Scrap-a-Doodle Doo!

and here is the 2nd one....

I layered different types of flowers on top of the heart paper doilie and added Prima Sculptured resin flowers and pink Mickey head buttons, along with a button/pin we got at the park.  I triple matted the vertical photo and added a patterned die cut shape behind it.  I then cut out flags or banners to hang from bakers twine in patterns/colors that complemented the rest of the things going on in the layout and added a different button to each.  I LOVE how the banner came out! I also inked the edges of all the papers with Peacock Feathers Ranger Distress Stain - one of my new FAVORITE colors!!  99 % of the products were purchased at

I hope these 2 layouts inspire you to CREATE something fun today!

Thanks for stopping by - please take a minute to say "HI" and let me know you were here - or become a follower too!

THANKS!!
