00:00Too often, we see people coming into the emergency department in a state where they are no longer

00:07able to care for themselves at home, and I would say that happens almost every day of

00:11the week, and that's unfortunate because, as I said before, whilst we can treat the

00:20acute illness, it will cause an ultimate deterioration, and it could be the point between someone

00:26going home or someone requiring care, and often, it's due to carer stress and families

00:32being unable to care for somebody at home, and then they require care in a nursing home

00:39and 24-7 care, but we do have so much support at home that we can offer people, and that's

00:45not known.
