The draw for the First Citizens Knock Out Cup competition took place on Tuesday.

33 teams will take part in the competition. The first game begins on Wednesday 30th April.

00:00It's time for sport. Now that the voting is over, football steps into play as local teams get set to square off in the first Citizens' Knockout Cup.
00:15The draw for the competition took place today at the Atto Bolden Stadium.
00:20Defence Force are the reigning champions of the tournament after beating AC Port of Spain in the last edition.
00:25Their Tier 1 team will be up against Evolution FC and their Tier 2 team will face FC Phoenix.
00:3233 teams will take part in the competition. The first game begins tomorrow.
00:37The 2025 winners will take home $100,000 and the runners-up $50,000.
00:45Right now we are trying to qualify for our World Cup in 2026.
00:49So the teams, the clubs are tantamount to that objective and we really look forward, you know, for a high-level stake of football playing in this for Citizens' Cup competition
