00:23believed to have occurred at his workplace in Tamancheng Utama around 2 p.m. on April 7,

00:28after the child allegedly continued using the word bodo despite being warned, triggering the

00:34father's anger. The charge was framed under Section 323 of the Penal Code for Voluntarily Causing

00:41Hurt, which carries a maximum penalty of one year in jail or a fine of up to 2,000 ringgit upon

00:47conviction. The court allowed bail at 2,000 ringgit with one surety and fixed August 11 for mention.
