Transcript
00:00So we're here this morning in West Park getting ready for the recovery walk which is on the 13th of September.
00:06Hopefully the weather's a little bit better because it looks like the storm's about to kick in.
00:10So there's a walk and a celebration of addiction and recovery.
00:14So the whole part of it is celebrating people's journeys, people who've made it,
00:18and also remembering the people that haven't been fortunate to be here with us today.
00:23There's going to be a fantastic celebration. We've got stuff for families, there's mutual aid tents,
00:27there's food, live events and music. So if you're in Wolverhampton on the 13th, please come down and join us.
00:34Yeah, it's taken some hard work to get this walk into Wolverhampton,
00:37so we're really, really excited for it to be in Wolverhampton.
00:40We really want to see a lot of people coming down from all around the country,
00:45come and celebrate the recovery walk 2025 where lived experience lives and breathes in Wolverhampton.
