00:00The voice of a relative in search of one passenger on board the rush hour glass bottom
00:13vessel that sank last Saturday in the nylon pool. According to a police report at around
00:27the 4 p.m. on Saturday 25th October 2025 rush hour glass bottom owned by a show in Melville
00:36age 55 of Milford Court departed Pigeon Point jetty with approximately 65 persons and proceeded
00:44on a reef tour when it was reported that around the 6 15 p.m. whilst at nylon pool jetty the boat
00:52experienced difficulties when persons came on board from other reef boats causing it
00:57to become overloaded. As a result the rear of the vessel sank causing the boat to ground
01:04off. Approximately 38 persons were conveyed to Gibson jetty by Pirog operators and approximately
01:12eight persons were conveyed to the Pigeon Point jetty. Corporal Lewis and WPC Caesar of the Crown
01:20Point Police Station responded. All persons were brought to shore safely with no injuries
01:25reported. This is the second such incident reported within the month of October with another vessel
01:33Cool Runnings suffering a similar fate on October 4th. A committee has since been established headed
01:40by Chairman Alan Stewart to institute protocols for the park. During an interview with TV6 News
01:47previously, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine called on the government to pass the necessary laws to have
01:54the regularizing of reef tour operators at the Bucco Reef Marine Park as it is only so much the THA
