00:11However, it's quite expensive to have a car these days and if you can afford to have a car,
00:15is it got to that point where it's one of those things that you should contribute more?

00:29It'll end up you don't get petrol anyway. It will end up that everyone's got to drive the electric.

00:44They should pay tax more because they aren't polluting the air.
