00:04It's coming out of Tarina in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

00:07They slice up a semolina roll, swipe on their roasted garlic butter,

00:13and they slam it onto the grill.

00:16Then Chef heats up their 8-hour slow-cooked caramelized onions

00:20with some au jus and plenty of butter.

00:23Then they toss in some prime rib.

00:30Once that toasted semolina is ready, they layer on some Gruyere cheese.

00:36Top it with all of that prime rib and caramelized onion.

00:41Toast it in the oven.

00:45Serve it with more au jus to dip.
