00:00So I've been trying to find the perfect way to use tzatziki on a smash burger.

00:02And after a few different attempts, I feel like topping these off with crispy feta easily made this one of the best burgers I've had in a while.

00:08Oh my god, that's insane.

00:10Now I don't know if you agree with me, but I think homemade tzatziki is one of the best dips out there.

00:13So after starting a series where I try a bunch of different dips on burgers and see what works best, it only makes sense that this made my list.

00:18And the best part is, this dip is really easy to make.

00:20I mean, it only takes a few minutes and a handful of ingredients, which you can find listed down in the caption.

00:24Now once we get it mixed together, we're going to toss it in the fridge while we make our smash burgers.

00:27And I knew going in that I wanted to use feta for the cheese, but topping a burger off with crumbled feta never works out how I want it to.

00:33And that's where I started to think of a few ideas on how I wanted to use the feta.

00:36And the best idea I had was to melt some directly on the griddle for about 40 seconds so it gets crispy on the bottom but stays creamy on top.

00:42And once we flip over these perfectly cooked patties, I'm going to top each one off with some of the crispy feta.

00:46And then all we have to do is stack these patties up and head inside so we can put it all together.

00:49Now the bottom bun gets a little bit of tzatziki before we place down a bed of arugula along with a slice of heirloom tomato.

00:54And please make sure you season your tomatoes.

00:55Then we can place down two of the patties before we hit the top bun with a bunch more of our tzatziki dip and cap this thing off.

01:01And after trying a bunch of different dips already, this one seriously checks all the boxes.

01:04And the way all these ingredients work together make this a really balanced burger, but that crispy feta and tzatziki take this over the top.
