10:23that we are sublimely more gifted than the other team so all my votes are for

10:35exceptional people when you have a wealth of that talent and a wealth of
10:39that experience the most important thing is to empower people to speak we live or
10:44die together but if we fail I will be the first lesson to offer myself to be sacked

10:52more frightening than him in Santa's secret forest who wants to be leader it's

11:13be I've built two multi-million pound companies from scratch with zero

11:31been carrying that show for two years so if you're looking for a PM and what I love
11:34about you is the modesty and the humbleness that you bring okay well for me I'm
11:40focused on the task so it's all about identifying everyone else's skills and how
11:44we contribute together as a team yeah so for me that would be my focus yeah and we
11:49can get the best product get it on the shelves sell it and do the job right let's

12:35thinking about a concept that they've got for Christmas and why it touches them Christmas is
12:41just family it's as simple as that I just got this vivid images of my mom walking out I have her
12:46dressed in an African Congolese attire and full of colors and she's dancing she'll be playing some
12:52gospel music in the background so I'm one of seven children you come together and there's so many
12:56different personalities but you come together in this moment and there's just that love and that
13:01passion I hear that what is it that's special what's the ingredient what's the thing that's
13:06going to say brought directly to you from Lapland as team leader the first thing Bob does is go story
13:14time one after the other my darling move on the clock tick tock not everyone's gonna get a chance to
13:21experience Lapland right so is it what's the one thing that we want to take back
13:24that's what we need to focus on bear in mind what we're pitching to supermarkets what so it needs
13:38to be something I think it has to be unique chewing over ideas for their gingerbread what if we had

14:37course I'm in the marketing team and I'm not officially sub leader but I think we all like
