I love that Badger Maps allows us to visualize when we last visited a client or specific types of businesses. This feature helps in comparing and contrasting, aiding in our decision-making process. The 'Lasso' tool is also great for circling where we want to go, making it a useful feature. The ability to visualize different types of businesses is incredibly valuable and we are planning to sort by the value of clients, which I believe will be amazing. Loading potential clients and the zooming in process can be problematic. The 'redo search' feature when looking for specific types of businesses leaves room for errors and missing places. It would be great to type in the type of business we want to visit over an entire state and save them in bulk. I used google maps before, and when i say this is SOOOOO much better and just a world above other mapping tools. Thier are a lot of different features i like about this solution. The visual aspect of the map, the ability to optimize your drive, the weekly recap notes, the ability to add notes. the ability to save routes, which makes things super easier.

Customer support is amazing, they reach out, they are easy to get ahold of, they are normal, realistic team players. I hands down love the team and support. When it comes to getting setup that make implementation super easy and will provide support to help you get your fields and list set up.

Another amazing feature, is the ability to track your drive, so when i was dropping an acct, i could quickly pull up the map and see what other accts i have near by, and simple add notes. And then to have those notes emailed to me at the end of each week was awesome. It made it easy to show my leadership all the accts i hit and notes i had on each for next steps. The cost, i dont think its crazy but its too much for me based on how much im using it and not being able to expense it. I also think the app is great! but i do think their could be slight tweaks to make navigating it easier, maybe better filtering tools, and different ways to import lists with different fields for better filtering. I love how Badger Maps is amazingly easy to use, which has drastically reduced the time I spend on planning my routes. What used to take me three to four hours to plan out my entire week now takes just about fifteen minutes. I find it problematic that Badger Maps doesn't automatically connect and sync my contact information to my phone. This would simplify managing contacts significantly. Additionally, I attempted to integrate Badger Maps with Salesforce, but the integration did not work. I hate SF, but my company uses it and requires me to update all my information to SF. Badger Maps is essentially my roladex I rely on daily for the ease of looking up contacts at a glance. I also love the mapping of my routes when I'm ready to hit the road. It's a critical t ool to help me with my field days to utilize time and traffic best. The customer service and support is exceptional. I feel I have tremendous support in all areas. It's a bit frustrating when you can't remember a contact first name or last name and a search comes up blank. Sometimes this search feature populates immediately and sometime it never does. It can be a bit inconsistent and challenging to search. It would be nice if it was a bit more responsive with even as much as first, second letter of a name and then populate to offer the ability to find a forgotten name.
