I also like how seamlessly it integrates with my Shopify account, making it easy to segment audiences, trigger emails based on behaviour, and track performance. What do you dislike about Omnisend?

What do you like best about Omnisend?

After posting my experience, the Omnisend team reached out right away. Their support was outstanding — kind, patient, and truly caring. They made sure everything was taken care of and followed up until it was perfect. I’m very impressed with their service. Omnisend is not only more affordable than Klaviyo but also far better when it comes to customer care. I’m happy I chose them for my new Shopify AI website. Like today I was genuinely surprised today when I got a message from Baarath from customer support checking in on me to see if I needed anything. You don’t see that kind of care often. What do you like best about Omnisend?

I've been using Klaviyo like forever, we switched to Ominsend due to pricing, but wow, what a far superior experience. What used to take me 4 to 5 hours, I can now do in an hour. Making campaigns is so intuitive, I could not be happier. I used to sweat email promotions, now it's a pleasure. Customer support is superb. If the bot can't help, a person will, in quick time, too. What do you like best about Omnisend?

What I like most about Omnisend is how easy it is to use right from the start. Setting up email and SMS automation took almost no time, and everything works smoothly with my online store.

The workflow builder is very intuitive, and I love how simple it is to create welcome messages, cart reminders, and post-purchase emails without having to touch any code.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

The only things I’d like to see improved are the reporting options and email design flexibility.

The analytics are clear but could go a bit deeper for tracking campaign comparisons or custom KPIs.

Also, while the email templates look good, it would be nice to have a few more creative layout options.

What do you like best about Omnisend?

I appreciate how easy it is to use the booster campaign feature. The straightforward application of AI for generating subject lines and preview text is particularly helpful. What do you dislike about Omnisend?

For me, the biggest drawback is the absence of a desktop and mobile layout feature. If you apply any margins, the layout cannot be displayed in full width on mobile devices, which is quite limiting. Another significant frustration is the lack of a dedicated template editor. To access and edit any saved custom template, you have to begin creating a campaign or flow email, which is inconvenient. Additionally, I find it disappointing that there is no dedicated desktop or mobile view within the editor itself—this feature is only available in the preview tool, not during actual editing. What do you like best about Omnisend?

The graphics and the way coding and building your Campaigns, Forms, Automations, and more are set up have made my work much more efficient. Personally, I find that putting everything together is easier thanks to this design. The process of typing, inserting elements, and clicking buttons in Omnisend is simple and intuitive, which is especially helpful for someone like me who is still learning and aiming to create effective email marketing campaigns. What do you dislike about Omnisend?

Overall, I have found it useful, but sometimes I feel that I spend too much time navigating through the platform, especially when working with Automations and Forms. Starting new sets from scratch can be time-consuming, and I think having the ability to duplicate forms would be very helpful. It would also be great if I could easily edit new sets, especially when I find a style that works better than others. The OmniSend app is very easy to use, especially when the user is not an expert. It's very intuitive. It's simple, with a minimum of common sense and knowledge, to successfully build and send campaigns that achieve the objective in terms of profitability while conveying a qualitative image to the brand it serves.

Since the app is sold in Europe, it would be nice and smart to allow French speakers to have the same tips as English speakers, such as the words in the subject line of the campaign that help optimize deliverability of emails.

I would love also to be able to add videos to my emails easily like we can do with photos
