"Flexible, Customizable, and Effortless eCommerce with WooCommerce"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

It's very flexible and customizable. A Lot of third-party plugins are available that I can use to extend the features as per my requirements. The Best Part is it's plug-and-play; I can start using WooCommerce within a few Hours. Additionally, A Wide range of third-party tools or SaaS software can be integrated, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Billing, and Payment Gateways like Stripe and PayPal. It's one of the best and easiest-to-use self-hosted eCommerce platforms. Suitable for selling Digital as well as Physical Goods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

Sometimes it becomes heavy and slows down the website, hindering the user experience. The Checkout experience is neither quick nor the best, which is critical for any e-commerce software. Not so good for B2B eCommerce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An excellent plugin for e-commerce"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

As a business in the service of development and implementation of online stores, we continuously use the Woocommerce plugin which has been an excellent solution to create ecommerce in an agile and fast way. Our clients are very satisfied with this solution for their online businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

There are components that consume a lot of cpu resources on small servers and that the woocommerce development area should optimize. They should not add so many advertisement popups about woocommerce plugins inside the admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy way to set up Online Shop"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

I love how simple and easy it is to use WooCommerce, I personally use it for my Wordpress blog page where I have online Shop as well. It is really easy to integrate everything and you can run your shop in just a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

I don't like the cost of extra features that are available for WooCommerce, simply because there are dozens of free add-ons that can do just the same job as upgrades for WooCommerce and that makes them irrelevant for any WooCommerce user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WooCommerce, powering every step of our online business"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

After years running international ecommerce projects with WordPress, WooCommerce has become essential for our sales and growth. I love how it blends right into WordPress, making product management, payments, and shipping straightforward even as the business scales up. The flexibility means I and our developers can modify or expand anything we need, and it gives us full control over every aspect of our shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

Sometimes setting up complex features, especially with third-party plugins and integrations, takes a bit more time than I’d like and developers help. Occasional compatibility issues crop up, and when something breaks, it can slow things down until it’s sorted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The freedom to sell: WooCommerce free and powerful"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

What I like most about WooCommerce is that it combines two very valuable things:

It is free and flexible: you can start your online store without paying for licenses and then add extensions as needed.

It integrates perfectly with WordPress: it takes advantage of the full power of this platform, making it very easy to customize and scale.

Community and support: there is a lot of documentation, tutorials, and forums where you can find solutions to almost any problem.

Total control of your store: unlike other platforms, you own your information, your design, and your growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

Learning curve: at the beginning, it can be a bit complex to set up for someone without experience in WordPress.

Resource consumption: if not well optimized, it can make the site slower, especially with many products or extensions installed.

Dependency on updates: you have to keep an eye on updates for WordPress, WooCommerce, and plugins to avoid compatibility issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile, Easy to Use with Strong Community Support"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

I greatly appreciate that WooCommerce is open source, which provides a flexible framework for building shopping websites with ease. It works seamlessly with WordPress, making it one of the best plugins in the market. The code is well-written and actively maintained by its parent company, Automatic, ensuring stability and reliability. The community support is outstanding, as a large user base across the globe means common problems are often pre-solved, and solutions are readily available. The plugin's architecture allows for easy extension through plugins or custom code, which caters to specific business needs and ensures compatibility with updates without breaking the system. WooCommerce's ability to integrate smoothly with ERP systems, CRM systems, and major marketplaces like Amazon and eBay is beneficial, as it allows inventory synchronization via plugins. The setup process is user-friendly, involving downloading from the WordPress plugin library and following simple prompts, making it accessible for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

One challenge with WooCommerce is the potential for security vulnerabilities due to its open-source nature. Since the source code is openly accessible, the attack surface is exposed, which could allow security issues to be exploited across many stores if they arise. But that said, parent company is really good and they actively maintain it. Additionally, if store designers are not careful, the use of excessive plugins can slow down the store significantly. "The best option for your ecommerce if you don't want to rely on intermediaries"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

The best thing about WooCommerce is that it is free and allows you to create a store tailored to your needs, whether you sell physical products or focus on digital products. You also have other paid plugins at your disposal that are well worth it if you want to create a more specialized business, such as a membership site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

The only problem I see is that the learning curve is greater than if, for example, you decide to use Shopify. It can also be somewhat complicated to manage orders if you are dealing with very large volumes, but it is easy to complement it with other tools that help you in that regard. "WooCommerce Makes E-Commerce Easy and Efficient on Bluehost"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

I have used WooCommerce for making a website on bluehost and it is by far easiest tool to operate for an e-commerce website: listing products, bifurcating on-sale products and new launches, managing price and currency.

Woo helps us to manage inventory very well and creates an alert if a product is about to sell out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

It does not help to generate ai descriptions or images for the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich and User-Friendly E-Shop Builder"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

I use WooCommerce for my e-shop and appreciate its ease of use and extensive feature set. The process of establishing and managing my online store using WooCommerce has been straightforward, especially the creation of product sale pages and categories. The platform's variety of features allows me to effortlessly manage crucial aspects like the homepage and payment processes, enhancing the overall efficiency of my e-shop operations. Additionally, the initial setup was remarkably easy, further contributing to a smooth and efficient start. With such a positive experience, I am very likely to recommend WooCommerce to others, rating it a 9 out of 10 in recommendation likelihood. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

I find WooCommerce could be more intuitive at times. Also changing prices in bulk for variable products is challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Integration & Simple Configuration"
What do you like best about WooCommerce?

Woocommerce scalability and flexibility are what I like the most about it. It offers thousands of commercial and free extensions, integrates flawlessly with WordPress, and allows me to fully design my store without the need for complex coding. Managing my online business is a breeze because to the user-friendly interface and connectivity with shipping choices, payment gateways, and marketing tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WooCommerce?

The primary issue I've observed is that Woocommerce may lag if you need to install several other plugins in order to activate certain fundamental features. Performance and site speed may be impacted, particularly on larger stores. Nonetheless, it remains a strong and adaptable eCommerce solution with appropriate optimization and a solid hosting configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
