I bought an Epson EcoTank ET-8550 from Coolblue specifically for my professional illustration work.
After working perfectly for a few months, the printer suddenly started having serious paper-feeding problems. I sent the printer to Coolblue under warranty. After several days, I was informed that the repair service was unable to repair the product and that the printer was being sent back to me. What I find particularly disappointing is that I had previously been told that if the product could not be repaired, Coolblue would consider a replacement or another solution. Instead, the printer was simply returned to me without the problem being resolved??? what?
In their email, they said that my printer had no issues. But I have now tested the printer again after receiving it back, and the exact same fault is still occurring. So what did they do with it all these days i wonder?
This printer is a professional tool that I rely on for my work, and being left with a faulty €€€ printer after sending it in for warranty repair is simply not an acceptable solution!!

The worst. Booked twice and they never arrived. Telling lies and pretending they "were coming" and never arrived. I lost 2 vacation days for this.

They are stalkers. I have asked so many times to stop coming to my house or calling to my phone. Its been going like this for months. Their response was "you have two options either we call you twice a month or you take a break for 2 months" excuse me? ITS MY INFORMATION, MY ADDRESS, I DECIDE WHEN AND WHO CONTACTS ME STOP STALKING ME.
I do not want to purchase ever again. The taste was awful. I regret so much giving them my information. Not only are their products bad but they are threatening my privacy.

The rings are so so beautiful. We got to personalize them on the website with our initials, shape, width etc. Since everything was done online we had an “idea” of what they would look like from the 3D renders (very helpful by the way) but we were blown away by how beautiful they look in real life.
Great customer service as well! They were always helpful and friendly.

Lazy drivers who lie all the time and “pretend” they tried to deliver, say I was not at home when I clearly was!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE. I paid a lot to get an express delivery because it a very urgent document and its already 3 days late, customer service has no idea when will it be delivered. Stay away from this company its a total scam, they promise an express service and then do whatever they want when they want.

Generally a good experience. Ring is even more beautiful in person, Im in love with it. I had to send it back because it was not my size and that was a stressful experience because I had a few questions regarding the exchange (my wedding is soon so I just wanted to make sure it was going to arrive before then, if not, I could easily wear a ring adjuster and get it resized after the wedding) and customer service was not very helpful, they kept giving me vague answers to my questions and ignored my whatsapp messages for days. Luckily the ring is back in my correct size and everything turned out fine.

Very nice service, I am totally buying here again. My sneakers arrived in 2 days, safe and sound and Im so happy because they were sold out in almost every other shop. Thank you!
