Best I can think of is a Latino soccer store, where they might have a selection of national team shirts.
AFAIK Venezuela is not a popular national team, so call first.

There are two Venezuelan restaurants in the Mission that are within 1 block of each other, which may indicate a mini-Venezuelan enclave. There might be retail stores in that area with some Venezuelan stuff.
Or you can call the likely-Venezuelan staff at the restaurants, and ask for help in your quest.

Update: I got a USA shirt for $6 at Home Bargain across the street from the soccer shops. I walked into multiple stores and no one had anything Venezuela related. One of the soccer stores had a USA shirt but it was $55.
USA lost today. I wore the shirt. I will wear the shirt for 4th of July maybe.
The Venezuelan baseball team had a famous victory over the US last night in the World Baseball Classic too.
I was enjoying corned beef and cabbage in Harry’s Hofbrau down in Redwood City, when I heard a collective “Ooooh” from the bar area.
I suspect if you’d had a little more time, Venezuela shirts would start popping up here and there.
