I really enjoyed the Death Counter demo. The core idea is simple, but the connection between the cameraman in the past and the Death Counter watching in 1963 makes it feel genuinely original.
The sound design was the highlight for me. Playing at night with headphones, hearing entities running behind walls and across the stairs was genuinely frightening. I also loved how filming ghosts can transfer them through the recording and into the Death Counter’s office.
The tutorial could explain the difference between looking away from a ghost and physically escaping it a little more clearly, but once I understood the mechanic, it became much more interesting.

Congratulations on the demo. I’m curious to see how you expand the idea in the complete game!
