With this form you can put a question to the Europe Direct Contact Centre. This service provides citizens with general information about their rights under EU law when travelling and about how to proceed if they wish to lodge a complaint. Neither the contact centre nor the departments of the European Commission handle complaints. They must rather be submitted to the company and/or to the competent authority.
