The Prime Minister says parents should not have to bury their children but to have to bury a child under circumstances of a suicide is particularly punishing.

Dr Keith Rowley was speaking in Parliament during his contribution to the budget debate and expressed condolences to the family of the15- year old student of St Stephen's College in Princes Town who took his own life last week.
