00:00This current THA would have received approximately $10.076 billion.
00:09So the question for every Tobagonian should be if the THA, if this THA received over $10 billion, why aren't our service providers and individuals not paid on time?
00:33Meantime, Minority Leader Kelvin Morris said the Tobago economy is in crisis.
00:40Tobago's economy is in crisis mode.
00:45As a matter of fact, many businesses are on the verge of collapsing.
00:51And many of these businesses are businesses who depend on the THA's timely payment for services for their survival.
01:01And therefore, I want to echo the sentiments of the minority councillor in calling on the THA to prioritize the payments to our small and micro enterprises in Tobago.
01:20Mr. Morris said this is not what Tobagonians voted for.
01:25While we have Tobagonians here hungry, is that what we voted for?
01:30So, at this time, we are calling for full transparency, full disclosure, and we are calling on this assembly to prioritize the payments of Tobago people.
01:46Dance a yard before you dance abroad.
