00:34have ever seen sushi department is obviously not traditional sushi we have

00:38a lot of experience with traditional sushi Ryu sushi being the brand that we've

00:43had for years we wanted to do something a little bit different that was a lot more

00:47accessible for people we mix interesting flavors we mix new flavors so yuzu with

00:53salmon spicy tuna we have our spicy tuna crispy rice which is obviously not

00:58traditional at all today we're gonna give you a little bit of everything spicy

01:02tuna crispy rice salmon yuzu crispy rice and our famous avocado truffle crispy rice

01:07the big crab hand roll we have our spicy salmon spicy tuna kamikaze roll you're

01:13gonna get to try a little bit of everything

01:17all right so sushi department let me go with two boxes instead of just one so I

01:24decided to bring my girlfriend Liz and get a taste test with her here too

01:28crispy rice it's so weird can see how soft is on the inside but it's crispy and

01:38crunchy on the outside this is a very strange let's give us a little dunk truffle

01:44avocado I think no matter what you're making if you get the outside nice and

01:51crispy and crunchy but keep the inside nice and just soft and fluffy you win

01:57sushi department wins my favorite thing about tuna sushi is the color look how

02:04bright beautiful red that is this is hands-down the piece I am most excited to

02:11taste because it apparently took them a month to come up with the concept for

02:15this and when that blowtorch came out I knew I had to taste this

02:19you have that scorch from the blowtorch but it's not overwhelming it's not too

02:32smoky it's just smoky enough not bad and that is it for this episode of good bites
