"Simplify HR operations with one App"
What do you like best about greytHR?

The interface is very user friendly and I don't need to spend much time with employees teaching them how to use the Greythr app. It is quite self-explanatory when it comes to applying for leaves, checking daily attendance and downloading payslips. Also, the admin version of the app which I use as an HR manager is efficient and makes my daily operations work much easier. It gives me all the consolidated data of employee's attendances, late comings and also automatically deducts the salary on their payslip if I put half-day for an employee when they are late to work. What do you dislike about greytHR?

The server sometimes hangs up which causes the app to logout automatically. This is a bit of a hassle as all the employees then need to log back into the app every time they want to use it. It doesn't stay automatically logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about greytHR?

greytHR has simple, clean and minimal UI, which makes it easy to use for daily login and logouts. And even team members who aren't tech-savvy found they could navigate the dashboard and find their payslips or apply for leave without any formal training. When we first signed up, moving our entire employee database over was a surprisingly smooth process that didn't disrupt our work week, which made the transition feel very managed. What do you dislike about greytHR?

The main frustration occurs when we try to sync the platform with our existing accounting software or external hardware, as the connection process feels a bit rigid and often requires a lot of manual troubleshooting. greytHR is how simple and well-organized everything is. Tasks like managing attendance, leaves, and payroll have become so much smoother. What do you like best about greytHR?

The best thing about the greytHR portal is it has strong payroll and statutory compliance features. It automates tax calculations and keeps track of attendance automatically; that way we are reducing the manual effort. While it has very great benefits, it has certain disadvantages as well when considering the UI the interface seems to be bit outdated, and sometimes too many modules can makes finding things harder.
