What do you like best about Mapsly?

Mapsly has completely transformed how our team handles route planning. The platform’s intuitive interface and powerful optimization tools allow us to create efficient, multi-stop routes in seconds—saving hours of manual work each week. What do you like best about Mapsly?

I enjoy the functionality to create the routes and efficiently access the accounts when linked to Zoho.

Some things I dislike about Mapsly on occasion is the smoothness of the program.

What do you like best about Mapsly?

What do you dislike about Mapsly?

This app usage has been mandated to track my progress as a contractor with the company.

-On my devices, I disable GPS to save battery and increase privacy. Location services are then turned on and off as I'm using the app, which increases loading time, up to 3 minutes at times. Allowing location data to be disabled until it is required by the action being taken would be appreciated (Yes, I realize this will greatly increase loading times for check-in/check-out features).

-While the map is nice sometimes, I would like there to be an option to disable it to save on loading times. I don't use the app to navigate, as I do all of that manually (yes, I actually do this manually, as many locations indicated on the maps use incorrect roads), the feature set to plan routes is redundant for my use case.

-Site/Task data isn't cached on the device, so I need an active internet connection to verify driving instructions on the app. I end up screenshotting the directions to avoid opening the app needlessly.

-Until recently, the app did not save my search settings for my task list, adding extra steps every time I waited for the app to open. Thank you for adding this feature.

-The contracting company uses check-in/check-out features, which ask redundant/irrelevant questions. I don't know if it is easy for the customer to update these questionnaires.

-Defaulting to the search function on all pop-ups and forms makes quickly loading and viewing sites on a mobile device tedious, as I have to close the keyboard so I can see more of the site data. Likewise, not having a static search bar (as opposed to having it at the top and disappearing when I scroll down) makes it difficult to search when I want to; I need to scroll back to the top to then search. Basically, I don't like the search function being the default, and when I need it, it's not easily accessible.

The use of the App has become a bottleneck for my workflow operations, as many features aren't used, and loading times are prohibitively long if Location Services isn't active on the device by default. Small UI functionality makes using the App on a mobile device tedious and frustrating. Most of the issues I'm seeing are with the mobile app, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mapsly?

I think that the application is very well designed with tremendous features, i am working on this since past 7 months and i realize that there are more things to learn and explore.

What do you dislike about Mapsly?

I have used simple features as we work with drone pilots and clients globally. Mainly, my task include keeping the inspection data of the sites up to date. But I think that we can change the UI/UX a bit to make it more customer friendly and show help options clearly for the user to explore just like Google does it with its browser. What do you like best about Mapsly?

Mapsly makes it incredibly easy to visualize and manage our sales territories directly from our HubSpot CRM data. The integration is seamless, and we especially appreciate how we can dynamically adjust territories based on real-time customer and lead data. It has significantly improved our team's efficiency and decision-making when it comes to territory assignments, both for Sales and Technical staff members at the company.

What do you dislike about Mapsly?

What do you like best about Mapsly?

The staff, and I know that seems weird for a tech solution but its true. The team at Mapsly are amazing at partnering with us to make sure the way our data is communicated through geography is super effective. Whether we are trying to use a workflow to populate the distance from 1 item to another, or workflows that update the closest listings to a specific contact. These workflows weren't crafted by me, instead I just came up with the idea and the team at Mapsly did it quickly and easily. What do you like best about Mapsly?
