After months of endless discussions, the reasons why we stop to
support a 16 years old compiler (please notice the "we", not the "I")
are still black magic to your eyes. I'm sorry that I did not succeed
to explain it better.

However I ask you, strongly, now to stop to pollute this thread with
totally unrelated topics. Thanks for your understanding.
